The purpose of my session is to help you move from being a passive observer of your life to becoming an active creator of it — regaining clarity, confidence, and control over what you experience.
This is not a conventional therapy session.
Together, we will work with your thoughts and emotions to uncover how they have shaped your current challenges and emotional state.
We will also explore how reality operates and how you can consciously build your own empowered, independent experience within the wider collective field.
My approach
I am a certified psychologist, holding a degree from the Moscow Institute of Psychoanalysis, with a specialization in psychosomatics.
In my work, I use an integrative therapeutic approach that combines psychoanalysis, work with subconscious processes, thoughts and emotions, as well as an energetic dimension of healing.
My second qualification in nutritional therapy allows me to offer supportive care through tailored recommendations for vitamins, minerals, and supplements, as well as suggest relevant laboratory tests when needed.

Duration: 120 minutes
