But events are happening constantly. Some of them provoke strong reactions, while others you move through calmly. This means the problem isn’t the events themselves, it’s your reaction to them.

It depends on your emotional resilience.

 

 

At times you can accept someone else’s mistake with calm understanding, and at other times it can trigger a strong reaction in you.

What determines

your emotions?

Emotions are essentially a chemical process - hormones being released into the bloodstream. The brain triggers this process in response to your thoughts.

 

But thoughts are not always based on reality. You can watch "Hachiko" and find yourself crying at the end. The story isn’t about you, yet you still feel it deeply and experience genuine emotions.

Many things influence them. But a big part of it comes from habits you’ve developed over the course of your life.

 

  • The habit of thinking negatively.

  • The habit of criticizing.

  • The habit of being ironic or cynical.

  • The habit of judging others.

  • The habit of not believing in yourself.

  • The habit of downplaying your own importance.

  • The habit of worrying so you feel prepared for everything.

  • The habit of fearing the new.

  • The habit of not looking for opportunities, but finding excuses instead.

In therapy, we explore the root causes of negative habits that hold you back from living a full and fulfilling life, and work to transform them.

What determines your thoughts?

Our habits are maintained by neural connections in the brain.
These are links between brain cells that form when you have a new emotional experience or when you repeat the same action over and over again.

For example, one painful experience with fire can be enough for you to avoid it in the future. Or you might keep your distance from packs of dogs if you were bitten as a child.
Neural connections like these are part of our natural protective system.

However, this mechanism doesn’t always work in our favor.

 

Sometimes negative experiences form habits connected to insecurity, fear, guilt, or shame. And even when the trigger that once caused them is no longer present, the habitual reaction in certain situations can remain.

 

So how do we break an old neural pathway that we keep reflexively returning to out of habit?

Biologically, there is only one way — to create a new neural connection and strengthen it. Two contradictory connections cannot coexist, just as it is impossible to move forward and backward, left and right, or up and down at the same time.

About the Therapy

  • This session is based on a psychological approach, but with a deeper exploration of the unconscious.

  • You don’t need to describe the situation in detail. What matters most are the feelings you experience in it.

  • Hypnosis is not used in this therapy. Throughout the session you remain fully conscious and in control.

  • In many cases, a single session is enough to initiate shifts in perception, behavioral patterns, situations, and life circumstances.

  •  Before the session, it is important to identify the issue and clarify your request (your intention or goal for the session).

  • As part of the therapy, one or more Bach flower essences may be selected as additional support. Each essence corresponds to a specific negative emotional state and helps neutralize it. They have a harmonizing effect and support the restoration of emotional balance.

Client Guidelines
BEFORE SESSION
  • Take a moment before the session to formulate your intention or request. This allows us to use the session time more effectively.

  • Reflect on the outcome you would like to experience by the end of the session.

  • Write down your current emotional state and your intention for the session. Revisit these notes in a week or two to observe the changes and help your mind recognize the shifts that have taken place.

  • To enhance the effectiveness of the session, you will be asked to complete several short assessments. These help select essential oils best suited to you and Bach flower essences that support the harmonization of your emotional state. Please complete them no later than one day before your session.

  • If possible, keep the day of your session relatively free from important commitments. Allow yourself time afterward for integration, reflection, and rest.

AFTER SESSION
  • Because the session involves deep emotional work, you may experience a sense of release, lightness, and gentle fatigue afterward. This is a natural part of the process. A cup of sweet tea or a piece of chocolate can help restore your energy and bring you back into balance.

  • Take a few moments to write down the insights that arise and any new patterns of behavior you notice. This helps you integrate the experience and support the changes taking place.

  • Remember to take the Bach flower essences between meals throughout the day, as recommended

  • Pay attention to the changes that begin to appear in your thoughts, emotions, and reactions. Noticing and acknowledging these shifts helps your brain reinforce the new neural pathways and integrate the transformation more effectively.

Please complete a short emotional state assessment at least one day before your session.
Your responses will help identify your current inner state and allow me to create a personalized Bach Flower essence formula for you.

An assessment whose results will help create personalized lifestyle and nutrition recommendations to support your new state, as well as select the essential oil that will be used during your session.
